The VM Call Flow Administration form allows for the configuration of Call Flows with specific actions to handle incoming calls for your organization as a whole, for departments within your organization, and for individual mailboxes and extensions.
The VM Call Flow Administration form enables the configuration of Call Flows by adding, changing or deleting Templates.
Use this form to perform the following task:
NOTE: This form is available only for Container-based MiVoice Business (cMiVB), EX Controller, MiVoice Business Virtual, and MiVoice Business for ISS.
The Call Flow created by the user is disabled by default. Select Enable Call Flow to put the Call Flow into effect.
